The goal is to renew the flavors of our cuisine while respecting the local culinary tradition and make it appreciated to our guests in the best possible way.
Another strong point of La Tegghja is the indisputable quality of its raw materials, the majority of which are farm-to-table products. This means that our menus offer only seasonal products, often at higher costs than industrial products.
